• Cake:
• 2 Cups Sugar
• 2 Tsp Baking Soda
• 0.5 Tsp Salt
• 2.5 Tsp Cinnamon
• 4 Eggs
• 3 cups grated carrots
• 1.5 Cup Oil
• Icing:
• 1 - 8 oz pk cream cheese
• 1 stick butter
• 1 box powdered sugar

Instructions

1. Mix Ingredients Together
2. Bake at 350F for 40-50 mins.
