Ingredients
- 4 Cups Rolled Oats
- 1 1/2 Cups Fax Seeds
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup Melted Coconut Oil
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- Raisins
- Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 300F
- Combine Dry Ingredients (Hold Chocolate Chips and Raisins) and mix well
- Melt Coconut Oil in microwave and mix in to dry ingredients
- Spread Granola on Top of Parchment Paper on baking sheets.
- Bake for 21-24 mins until lightly Golden Brown.
- Let granola cool completely for several hours, remove from sheets and place into airtight containers. Mix in Chocolate Chips & Raisins if desired.
