Lemon Bars

Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1/3 Cup Butter, Softened
- 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
- Topping:
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 0.5 Teaspoon Lemon Extract
- 0.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 Tablespoon Flour
- 1/4 Tablespoon Salt
Instructions
- Combine crust ingredients and pat into an 8" squre pan. Bake at 375F for 15 mins.
- In a seperate bowl, combine sugar, egg, flour, lemon juice, lemon extract, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix until frothy, pour over crust.
- Bake 18-22 minutes until lightly golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar after it is cool.
