Ingredients
- 1.50 Cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 3 Tablespoons Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- 1.25 Cups Half and Half
- Few Drops Vanilla Extract
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- Put all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk.
- Create hole in dry ingredients. Crack egg in a seperate bowl, seperating yolk and whites. Pour yolk, melted butter, vanilla, and heavy cream in the dry ingredients. Mix.
- In a seperate bowl, whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form. Pour into batter.
- Pour about 1.5 tablespoons of batter per pancake into a frying pan with melted butter in it.
- Add chocolage chips or blueberries to the pancakes as they cook.
