Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs
- Barbecue Sauce (Sweet Baby Rays)
- Black Pepper (Ground)
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Trim Chicken Thighs and Flatten using meat tenderizer.
- Marinate chicken thighs in bowl with barbecue sauce, generous amounts of black pepper and red pepper flakes, and a dash of soy sauce.
- Preheat Traeger to 350 degrees F.
- Cook Thighs for 40-45 min or until internal temperature reaches above 165 degrees F.

This chicken is simple and has great flavor. It also does not need to marinate for a super long amount of time. Feel free to turn the temperature up to 375 or 385F to quicken cooking. I often cook these together with Smoked Fries.
