Ingredients
- 2.5 lbs Deer meat sliced 1/8" to 1/4" thick.
- 5oz soy sauce
- 5oz water
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Liquid Smoke (If not Smoked)
- 1 Tbls Worchestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbs Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 Tbls Hot Sauce
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbls Brown Sugar
Instructions
- Marinate 4-8 Hrs or Longer
- Dehydrator Instructions:
- Pellet Smoker Instructions:
- Preheat to 180 F
- Cook appox 4 hours until done.
